Default Crow foot and torque wrenches

Can you use a torque wrench with a crow foot attachment?

If so, will you have to calculate torque for compensation of lost force and such or it'* plug and play?

YOu can use a crow foot with a torque wrench, but you have to compensate for the offset. By extending the moment arm, you are applying more torque than the wrench is reading.
