Default Angry Duck Tofu Racing Intakes Available

Alright, I know alot of people have waited a long time for this and here it is. The Angry Duck Tofu Racing CAI Intake. It currently fits the Series II engine for sure. If someone can measure their Series I engine TB size for me (diameter please) I can tell whether it fits or not. Pictures would be more helpful for me to make a 100% accuracy and email them to Hector@AngryDuckTofuRacing.com. This pictures are of the intake on my car which has been on for over a year and I have never had one problem with it.

Prices:

Stage 1: $145

3" Mandrel Bent Steel Pipe Powdercoated in Angry Duck Tofu Racing Red.
K&N Hyper Stack Filter
4" to 3" Silicon Reducer (Black)
All Necessary Clamps and Grommet.
Includes Shipping to 48 States.

Stage 2: $195

3" Mandrel Bent T-6061 Aluminum Pipe Hand Polished to a Mirror Shine.
K&N Hyper Stack Filter
4" to 3" Silicon Reducer (Black)
All Necessary Clamps and Grommet.
Includes Shipping to 48 States.

Add-On: $TBA

Heat-Shield for both Stage 1 or Stage 2 intakes.

If we get more than 10 people, the prices will drop to (still includes shipping):

Stage 1: $135
Stage 2: $185

For picutres go to the Angry Duck Tofu Racing website (www.angryducktofuracing.com) and go into...

Engine -> Intakes -> CAI -> ADTR

To order your intake, send your money to arondelasmith@hotmail.com via Paypal (www.paypal.com). One other note is that when
you order your intake, please make sure to let us know somehow in the Paypal message or via email if you want the IAT Sensor Location to be near Throttle Body so you can use the stock wire length or near the filter which require you to buy a IAT Sensor Extension Harness. You can purchase it from the Grand Prix Store (www.grandprixstore.com).

Other notes, right now this intake does not include the heat shield since through rigourous designs and testing it did not make much of a difference in city driving, freeway driving or at the track. If there is enough demand, ADTR will produce heat sheilds that will bolt up to the intake. Even if you buy an intake now, the heat sheild will bolt up.

If you have any further questions, please ask them on the ADTR Forums at

http://www.angryducktofuracing.com/c.../ikonboard.cgi

Just a note: For this to work, I need a group buy of about 10 people. The closer the better. Depending on how well this intake works out is whether or not I will offer more products for the Bonneville. I am trying to benefit the community but if there is nothing, I cannot provide any more back.

Sucks from behind the headlight and at night it is definetly cold air. My aluminum intake never gets hotter even on the hottest day that I can not hold onto it with my bare hand. If enough people want a heat shield, I will make them, but I don't gaurentee any better results. I provided the best design with over a year of testing on a real street car.

I got a '95 series 1 SC. I did a quick measurement of the opening with the accordian tube off and it came out to be very close to 3 1/2". This close to the series 2 at all?

Yes, the Series II is 4" big, but the silicon will seal over the 3 1/2" TB, just squeeze the clamp tighter. I would feel better though if it is tried on a car w/ a Series I engine, I will see if I can find one locally or make a deal w/ someone to test it on their Series I.

If locally isn't an issue let me know and I would be more than happy to try out a CAI on my SSEi!!!

Just a note guys, I need a group buy of about 10 people to make this intake work. If noone buys an intake, then I will not make other parts for the community because what is the point and I will just make parts for myself. I am trying to help the community. The group buy would be for the cheaper version of the intake. The aluminum intakes I can make on a one by one basis because it does not have to be powdercoated. I seem to be answering alot of questions but noone is buying so just a reminder, help the people who are trying to better the community rather than leaving them in the dust.
