Default 02 SSEi/ GXP Tail Lights

Hello,
to all my fellow Bonneville owners I am new to this forum and had a couple of questions. For now I would like to know if there is anyway I could purchase and install the 04 GXP tinted tailights to my 02 SSEi, is there any place I could buy after market products??

Thanks-in advance...

I'd be interested in a side-by-side comparison of the two. If the GXP are simply darker, I'd be tempted to tint your existing tails. That'll be a much cheaper alternative, probably to the tune of at least a $300 savings.

VHT nightshades is a good product for this. Click on my sig pic. My website has instructions and information on it. There' about a half-dozen of us here that have done it to previous generations. BonneMeMN, Jseabert, and BonnieAlien are some others.

Welcome aboard Jrock28. Well don't know the answer if the gxp lights will fit. But an alternative is that you can clear them, Fronts and rears. My rears look great cleared and similar to the gxp look.

Yeah, those Clear tailights like nice!!!! Well the reason why I was asking about the GXP lights it'* because there is no black stripes across the tailights and lightly tinted. It looks similar to the ones you have Taylor.

It looks awesome...

Jrock, I see what you mean about the black lines, but right now can't do anything about it. My tailights are just cleared at home, whole project cost under $20. I recomend all +2000 owners to give it a shot. Looks great on all colors.

Where in Chicago, I'm from the burbs, Elmhurst. How about you?

The GXP aren't darker at all. They don't have the black lines, they are more solid.

I would anticipate a difficulty in trying to get GXP tails at this point in time. Posssibly a few years down the road. But ya, clearing the tails is a MUCH better way to go. The GXP seems to have a wider lower stance then the 00-03 Bonneville.

Even at the AutoShow the GXP seems...I dunno...seemed to have a lower profile.

Welcome Jrock! make sure you listen up to TaylorD, Rogue, Mremer and Pdad and the other 2000+ crowd, they know their stuff
