Cold air intake help!!!

I ran a cold air intake and set it where the old air box was...
Anyone else done anything else?
Another location?
Suggestions?

What did you build your box out of? I'm chewing on different types of material myself, but will probably settle on Polycarbonate. Mine will be in the same location, too. Closest you can get to outside air. Other than your CAI, what did you use for an intake?

I bought a cold air intake for a honda civic and ground off the vaccuum hose nub on the pipe and Drilled it out, then jb welded the sensor from the old air box in its place I spent about $50 bucks on it. What a difference it made. I deffinately racommend it. It sucks so much air, it can be heard inside the car!!!

Ok, you bought an INTAKE. Not a CAI. A CAI would be the box that shrouds the intake cone filter from the engine bay heat. Quit confusing me! Go up to Techinfo. There's a section on intake mods.
