Default Headrests!

I got my AL7 headrests (they tilt, my only seat gripe) from Ol Blue eyes a few nights ago, gotta clean em up before they go in, but how the deuce do you get the old ones out?

1993 Basic Leather power seat drivers side, manual passenger. Power controls are on the front of the seat.

Thinking drunk on Pittsburgh beer right now....but methinks there'* a little wee button you have to press when they're all the way up. Not very obbvious. That'll release them, then the new guys just push right down in.

There'* a button? I never saw that.... Marty said he just pulled on them and cranked them out.

The notches are on the same sides of the poles if it means anything. Keep in mind my car is over 1/4 mile away, and i'm not running out and checking, (stupid apts, i can't wait till next year!)

Button is tiny. On mine anyway. Access from the side. Press with something tiny, like Marty'* pinhead.

Going from memory here.

If I remember on my 93 you just pull them all the way up then press the button that allows you to lower them and pull out. Tho end of the bars for the head rest has a slit that locks it in place.
