I'd run 'em if I need a cheap set. If I were closer I would have already bid on a stack (I had already seen the auction).
All they'll need is a patch. They won't run tires with patches on police cars (in some places, at least). So, if it gets a nail hole, it comes off. If it gets a hole in the sidewall, they throw them away.

They're probably worth about $25-30/tire. If you can, keep an eye on these at the time the auction is ending. On items like this where there'* more than one set, the prices may be quite a bit higher on one stack than another, even though there'* no difference between them.

i have RSA'* on my grand prix, and they grip and ride rather well.... they're getting a bit up there in mileage but no complaints. I'd buy a set if i was closer.

RSA'* are a blah All-season tire. There'* better out there for less by far!
I'm a fan of getting tires from a shop now, and new ones. They're an essential part of the most important systems (handling/braking) safety wise, and it'* nice to have a shop behind you.
