Should I buy this: 1995 Park Ave Ultra
Ok, so I am considering buying a 95 Park Ave ultra this weekend and would like opinions.
Ok, specs:
Supercharged
132,000 miles
unroof, cd, black with gray leather
Here is the issue: "The supercharger is going bad and needs someone with connections to fix it in order to be cost effective"
Also, I have pictures, and the driver'* seat is ripped along with the arm rest, and the upper part of the dash by the defroster are missing. Passenger seat and rear are good.
Now, the person is asking $500 for it. Do you think I could get it and replace the SC and sell it for over $1200?
I might have access to a new Driver'* seat and arm rest, as well as the upper trim as I think there is a car in the yard here with the same interior.
What do you think?

well, the car has no visible rust that I can see, and was told there is a couple surface rust spots, but they are no bigger than the size of a quarter.
I have pictures of it and am uploading them as we speak.
And as for certifying, I don't plan on keeping it, just buying and selling it again after fixing the SC and a couple other things, but it should pass fine. being a 95, it doesn't get the computer check in NYS, just the visual.

So id the consensus that I should purchase it, assuming everything else is in order? I would be going down there with the truck and trailer if I go to look at it with the intent to purchase, just want to make sure that it'* worth my time. The car is just under an hour away from me at the moment.
Kinda wish I hadn't sold the 95 SC I had, but oh well. I can always take the ones off the motor I have here.

hrm. I am going to call and talk to the owner tonight. I was told the AC does not work. Will have to see. I don't need another car, but I could use the extra money if I could get $1200 for it (that pays off half of the integra.)
