Default what do you say when,

someone compliments your car and then follows with the wrong car? just curious....

some guy at advanced was shootin' the **** with me for a couple of minutes he glaces at the car and says "I'm gonnah tell you right now, those are some nice wheels you have on that car" I grin and say yea they are pretty nice huh, then he says "What is that a Grand Prix?" I couldn't believe it :? I laughed and said na, it'* a bonneville my friend.

I get a lot of compliments from OLDER folk like 40+ it makes me feel pretty good to think old timers are diggin' the bonnie on them thangs.

what makes it so bad, I have bonneville emblems on the rear pillars,

I meant that in a good way, the O.G'* are the ones I expect confusion and dismay from, I guess living in a college town they've slightly adjusted......

that'* not the first time I've been call a GP either, when I had the green SSE some guy talked my ear off and then say BTW nice GP I don't really care if someone mistakes my car for the most part anyway,

believe it or not, in like 2000 before I really knew or cared about villes, I told a girl I was working with one day I liked her bonneville, and she gave me the most ugliest/cunfused look, she was like "Bonneville?! get real my cars a Grand Prix" oh well, she wasn't that cute anyway..............
