Default Which bumpers are compatable with the '92 Bonneville?

I'm in the junkyard market for some new bumpers.

Which bumpers from different year/trim Bonnevilles are compatable with my car? Also, which match in trim?

Like if a 1994 bumper worked on my car, would it look correct with the rest of the body in either where it matches up to the lights and grill, or the design on the bumper itself matching other areas? Like the bevelled molding.

Would really appreciate this informaton. Thanks.

92 to 95 SE will work and fit correctly on your 92 SE
The SSE/SSEi cladding and bumper covers would not match up with your body lines. However they should bolt on.

The SSE/SSEi will bolt on, but the grille on his SE will impact them. So they're not physically compatible unless he upgrades to the SSE/SSEi grille as well.

The SE/SLE bumper cover has a depression in the center to fully clear the 'taller' grille on those models.

you would need the bumper support, not just the bumper cover, and there have been people with the SE/SLE grille use the SSE/I body cladding....it is not recommended but it can be done

Time to remind everyone that there are 10x more of the RIGHT cover for his car available than there are SSE/SSEi covers. And it'* a direct swap.

Very very true...much easier to stick with the right one.

I would agree with both of your here. It isn't worth the hassle of switching.

And seriously... did someone delete my post cause it was there the other night...
