Default Bonneville w/LT1 RWD . Pontiac / Chevy Hybrid.

I have a Caprice, and a Bonneville, so, naturally, this would really tickle me pink: http://www.hotrod.com/featuredvehicl...op/index3.html

I think the Bonneville would benfit from rear wheel drive, and if not, I know I'd love it more..

Let me know your thoughts.

Dood, that car is awsome I'd like to see a Ser 2 L67 in RWD form too. They should */C that LT-1. If they did i'd have to find that car and take it.

It can definitly be done, it just depends on how much time and money you have. It has to be totally custom.

Yea, definite repost, but still sweet.

I'd love to see someone make the Bonnie RWD with a 3800 though. Maybe turbo it and you'll have a new age GN.

I would think based on the H.P and torque alone, it should be a bit faster.

Since I have a Caprice 9c1, I visit Caprice and Impala forums, and they seem to think the LT1 is a very capable engine. I have the baby version of it, and I happen to agree they are very nice engines....

Yup, possibly. I think the L67 Ser2 w/ RWD would own it. Remember my car had 262hp and 337 ftlbs stock. Place that engine on a RWD platform where it can actuallyt get traction it will scream. Combine a Ser 2 L67 w/ RWD and manual the LT1 will die a painfull death.
