Default BONNIE just had surgery today

Yep, she should be all done in about 1-2 hours wiht transmission work ($1,200- 1,400 oh yeah plus $75 for towing bc the noises she was making made me want to cry I thought she would cough some parts up and die). Mom'* helping me out with half, thank god bc I've had enough of driving around my old car my parents kept... the "TEMPO"! Anyways... I'll have a bit more debt than I already do but it'* still very managable (as long as I don't go max out the Victoria'* Secret card jk I won't)! Hopefully i can pick her up before I have to be at work at 4:30 tonight... if not after but I'll be still just as happy to drive her again!

One of mine is going in to the shop in an hour. I'll pick it up after work. I don't normally like to leave the car there for relatively short work, but in this case, I have to be at work.

I'll be re-setting the trip odometer.

The time and money on this car is worth it to me bc she'* still worth around $4,500 or so. I don't even have 90,000 on her yet. Besides I just got her last July... spent money to have the windows tinted($200), bought the clear corners($50), cd player($160), Pioneer 6x9'* ($80) my mom had tires put on (of course the Kelley'* from my grandpa'* van that happened to be the same size with less than 2,000 miles on then but still it has good tires now) oh yes and Chad gutted the airbox and changed the plugs ($30), maybe I'll be able to hear it (airbox) now, since the screaming noise will be gone! I've learned alot from owning this car... 1.) fixing some things on them isn't that hard and 2.) sometimes it'* a bit expensive to have such nice toys! I could never throw away a fixable Bonnie, she just had to sit until I got some of the funds!

Glad to hear you are able to get it done.

Although..I hear Fordboy was aiming to get a forum created for the two tempo drivers on the club.

Ha I'll deny that I ever had one! Sorry... too embarrassing of a car... even though the condition of his won't ever compare with my old one let alone the 28,000 miles it has ... original.
