That sound your hearing looks to me like once the cooling system pressures up it leaking at a very high pitched rate, warm your car up fully, then when u hear that sound again inspect all your hoses, and your rad, and also try turning the heat on MAX and on windshield defrost, if there is bits coolant flying in that means either a internal heater hose or your core. Check your oil and make sure its not milky if you havent already done so.

The sound makes me think water pump, but the smoke makes me think intake.

Could be the upper intake..ugh.....is the oil a nice browish color or is it more or a cloudly mily solution??? Other than that i dont know. milky as in color...and that bluish smoke is usually due to oil/coolant burning off...how many miles on the engine?
