billet grilles?
 
Anyone know if there is a billet grille available for the `96 SSEI? Or is anyone making them theirselves? Any info always helps....

I was looking at a billet bmw grill on ebay last week thinking it could dremeled to fit?

"Billet" usually means 'machined from a solid peice of material'.

Not all parts on the auto market advertised as such are truly 'billet', though. Most are cast and polished when it comes to a part like this.

Like the ones with the straight bars across like i see on the f150's? cause those are ugly... thin straight lines on a car with graceful full bodied curves will not be aesthetically pleasing.
