Bought mine in August form the original owners- old couple- husband had a lot of nice older cars including a mint '55 T-Bird. He passed on, and his wife bought a new car, so she sold the Bonnie. She and her son had tried to sell it for almost a year, with 142K at first they somehow thought they were getting 3500 for it. Yeah RIGHTTT!

I bought it for $2400 after selling my Mark VIII (something I regretted pretty fast).

Looks like I have a '90 T-Bird SC as my winter project- has only 51K on it- that will be my DD in the spring if all goes well.

the previous owner of my Bonneville was one of my best friends (why i got it for so cheap) he bought it brand new. and then preceded to treat it like crap... check engine light was on for 3 years (bad solenoid) he hit a stop sign. yes a stop sign. there are tears all around the dash...

yeah the stop sign is my least favorite part, the whole passenger front fender is caved in. and i don't have the money to get it fixed.


well, it only cost me 4000 and it only had 70,000 miles on it. so i cant really complain.

Mine was a commuter'* car, and had 75000 miles on it by the time it was 2 years old then my dad bought it, drove it into the ground and did none of the maintenance, my sister learned how to drive in it and scratched it up, and now I'm actually endeavoring to take care of it.

well i got looked at the carfax and it started life in WI and then got sold to someone in CO and then I got it from there
