Default less stress?

hey, i just wanted to know if there was anything i can do to put less stress on my engine. i was just driving around in town and i didnt see a car coming down the road and when i turned into the road i had to gun it and my bonnie ran flawlessly, everything worked just like the day it rolled off the assembly line and it didnt seem to even notice that it just ran 5000 rpms and 8 pounds of boost into it, and i was wondering even though my bonnie is prefect and runs great, is there anything i can do to lessen the stress of just daily driving? i all ready run shell premium, i have a cold air intake and i run synthetic, so if anyone has any ideas on how to make my engine even happier that it allready is? Thanks (i spend more money on my bonnie than i do on my girlfriend, but dont tell her that lol)

just baby it and only run WOT when needed and it will love you. Only other thing i can think of is to open up the exhaust more so the engine can release its gasses more thoroughly.

Don't beat it liked a rented mule!

Keep up on the maintenance, fix things that needed fixing right away, never WOT while the motor is cold, let the engine work less harder by letting it inhale and exhale easier, use 92 octane quality gas....and keep spending and investing in the car. It will reap longer rewards than if you invested the same money in the girlfriend!
