Aluminum Framed Sealing Problems?
I am replacing my lower intake gaskets with the aluminum ones and I was wondering if I will have problems with them sealing to the intake manifold
(see pictures below). Comments, suggestions.

As lon gas you follow the proper pattern and torque you will be fine. There is a write up in techinfo about doing a LIM gaset change.

The aluminum is relatively soft, and if you torque correctly (as Dan indicated) it will conform to the peaks and vallies and will seal just fine.
