Default Anybody use a GM Service DVD?

I bought a GM Service Information DVD off eBay, that covers 98-05 Buicks. It'* what factory techs would use. Unfortunately it won't print because it can't see my USB printer, and the pdf files that it supposedly saves don't show up on my PC with Windows Explorer.

Anybody have experience with these?

It shouldnt matter about the printer. The software should be printing through microsoft print services.

You should be able to view and print pdf files with Adobe Reader X, which can be downloaded for free: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

It doesn't show my installed printer, and the add printer function is limited to networked printers. Very odd.

It'* not that I can't view them, I can't even FIND them. The files that it supposedly creates are simply not showing up in explorer. Its like they're hidden system files, though I have my system enabled to see those. Even my file search application won't find them.
