im running Michelin symmetry tires i bought last winter. i was passing stuck suv's in that storm that screwed over lakeshore drive lol. i think i paid $110 per tire. pretty reasonable highway noise too. theyre rated at like 60k but they came stock on my dads park ave and he still has the stock rear tires at 75k. i should also point out ive got a pro-rated warranty for the life of the tires.

not the coolest looking tread pattern but they dig into the snow like nobody's business

The Pirelli and Hankook would be my first choice.

Hope they work out for you. I've got Summitomos on my car now, and they're great.

Never felt like it was needed. I just did it because my step father has the machine so it was free. Didn't really feel a huge difference.

i feel like i need it now. i never experienced a flat or had a tire patched. but the tire is either dry rotting or warped. so thats one of the reasons why im buying four brand new tires now
