Default solidworks 3.8 engine?

Just wondering if anyone has heard or has done a solidworks cad, of the 3.8 engine series 2 pref. Or of the m62 or m90 supercharger?

GM designs are done in Unigraphics and are resident in VAS (Vehicle Architecture System) in the Warren database. While it is possible to convert to IGES format, and then import into Solidworks, I don't believe Solidworks has the capability to interpret the wire frames required to create surface, and trim the edges. Only a few suppliers have access to VAS, otherwise, you have to be in one of GM'* facilities with access to the Warren or TREC databases. It is unlikely anyone with that level of access would risk the confidentiality agreement violations to "steal" a download of the math data. It is also unlikely anyone without the UG math data would have the dimensional information necessary to create a non-resident model.

Long winded way to say, I doubt if there is a Solidworks version out there someplace. Let me know if you come across one.

I probably should have explained it better but yeah you got the idea...
I was just wandering because i was going to make a LIM since i have access to the design program, flow machine, and all the machining needed for free. granted it would take awhile but it would be a project for me and also my school Im at

Could you reverse engineer an LIM? That would give you all the interfaces you would need.
