Yup.

you dont have to do springs, but the problem you have is struts. but i bet the springs are going also. the springs are the cheaper part.

What more can be said? It'* the nature of FE1. What will stop it? Go to FE2. Even if you replace the FE1 parts with new FE1 parts, you're looking at the same amount of work.

Or, you could lift up on the body, then wedge a chunk of wood into the top of the strut tower and spring to keep it from coming back down. Then it won't move at all!... Kidding, don't do that... :P

My dad who drives the same car as me 97 saber says my car is unfit to be on the road because of the bounceing this is not a matter of changeing my suspension to more stiff stuff . the car can bottom out with me pushing on the front end hiting small pot holes SHAKES THE CAR TO HELL speed bumps rattle every thing. There is a prob with the car i just dont know what and i need help i am not looking to swap in the FE2 system

Bad shocks make a car bounce like that, especially when they're a soft riding shock to begin with.

Your old, existing suspension is shot, man. And since it takes the same amount of work to replace with the same FE1 parts as it does the FE2 parts, I'd go FE2 if I were you.

But it'* only advice, you can take it or leave it. Up to you, man.
