Does anyone know why GM made bonnevilles with so many different options? Because different people like different things! The only thing I have against supercharged members here is that their videos make me drool on my keyboard.

Lowrider I happen to like you car specialy with the rims. I love my N/A 3800 too, the L67 crowd can get on your nerves or even the Northstaries! THE ONE AND ONLY N/A 3800 all the way after all it was the orginal in the FWD Bonnevilles! I like your car and I give you much respect for not putting a spoiler on it! I am sorry you don't feel loved. BUT uhh that this-

Posting a big rant like that just makes you come across as insecure and whiney. So don't sweat it and enjoy what you have. Let'* face it, all of us younger guys have been ragged on for driving an "old man'* car" at one point or another. But you shrug it off because you know what you have, and you know it'* nothing to laugh at. Same thing goes with your N/A car, or low-optioned, or whatever. Personally, I would never own anything but an SSEi with pretty much every option. I like what I have and wouldn't want less. But you obviously like what you have, so be confident in that you drive what you want, other people be damned.

Andrew was it something I said.
.
Dude I know we say things like your car needs a spoiler, or my car doesnt have a sunroof, that would look better with CC'* etc.etc but that is what makes us a Club.
we all have something different with our cars. and we like to point them out.
good,bad or ugly.
I'm sorry you dont feel the love today.

Yeah, breathe deeply....we're a pretty accepting group around here (heck, look what I drive and I'm still around), but we wouldn't be us without a fair share of ribbing.

i think yall missed my point a little bit. Its not that i take this stuff so personally, because it wasnt a thread with my car in it that pushed me over the limit. I just got tired with the endless comments to various people on the board. We all (including me) go overboard sometimes, and I just felt that all the comments/jokes get old. Someone stated they didnt like the ruby red interior. Fine with me. I like it. Just dont intentionaly go into someone'* topic just to mention you dont like the interior and call it ugly. Have something meaningful to say. And Jimmyfloyd, I agree. We need to work on our new member relations. We need to go easy on newbies, and spare them of some of the jokes and stuff at first. I know i am guilty of coming down on a few of em' for repost, which i look back on now and see how its unfair to do that to them. I guess all i am really asking for is not to go looking for a post to flame/critisize someone on. Post meaningful stuff.

(oh, and btw-i read the whole topic, and many of you have very good points, i dont just have my head up my *ahem* on a rant.)

i like my car ...ok so i LOVE my car.....alot of ppl have lost of comments (good and bad) over the things that i have done to it....yes its an L27, yes its a NA......its still a BONNEVILLE.....isnt that all that really matters??

I am pushing the limits of the SE/SLE, with all the parts that i am installing from a SSE/SSEi...does it mean that i dont like the features that came with my car stock??? NO.. my goal is to be orignal, and be outthere doing stuff that has never been attempted before......some may like it, some may not....its the chance you take, but im not gonna bash a car....like alot have bashed mine over the few months....(SLowE as its has been called more than one time)

Personally im glad that i drive a NA vehicle...I drive it alot and its mostly highway, back and forth to and from school and to Bonne Meets and the gas milage is awesome and with torque its still pleanty powerful...

remember the N/A LG3/LN3 engine was out before the L67...there would be No SC engine if the NA versions hadent been around....

First I have to ask when does Spongebob join Patrick on the Dash...

And I have an SE ( No SLE package here )... Just a basic SE.. Been a good car NA or not... And the LG3/LN3 was derived from the Turbo 3.8... These are all decent engines from the word go.. Its too bad I can't leave stripes like Pat tho

I'm one to enjoy the shennanigans and fun that goes on around here - I'm well aware that the pokes delivered by the veterans here are all in good fun.

But to the newer members and for those who don't live here (I do), the sarcasm/jokingness can be a little difficult to pick up on. After all, it'* just text on a screen...
