Annual ECC hiccup. Never fails!
Once a year, the damn ECC hiccups. Flashing temp (this is on the SSEi) and no AC, stuck in economy. Did it today on the way home. Code 48, methinks.
Sure enough, after running diagnostics at home, code 48 (long-term Freon loss). Which isn't true. It'* as ice cold as when I bought the car 3 1/2 years ago.
Clear the code, fire it up, and it'* fixed again until next year.
Thank god for inventing ECC'* that can be self-diagnosed.
Thank god for 93'*.
Thank god for Techinfo! Much easier to follow than the diagnostics in the FSM'*.
