No problem, you just need to change the passenger side axle, the HD diff is a little bit bigger, and that'* the only real difference.

this is the trans you change to when ya do a top swap. either that or you change out the diff and out put shaft and the axles

Think we will take that as a compliment. My suggestion is to just swap the whole trans. If you want too you could buy a trashed trans and rebuild it. But when it comes to changing it. Have a trans going in to replace the trans coming out. Also remember we need to check to see if you do need a new trans.

thats why i thought id ask cause i never know. you may not be able to mix an l26 or an l36 block with an l67 trans. see? again, going back to when i say "im old school and know NOTHING technical when it comes to our cars."

For the record though, the L26/L32/L36/L67 blocks are all identical. They all use the same crank and cams. Piston rods and pistons are different.

they way you guys are about these cars, i am about classics, i know quite a bit. but when it comes to these, im just stuck on a raft in the middle of a lake.

im already planning to head down next wkend if justin is free. he wants me to come down after work on a mon or tues but i get out at 6 and im shot after a long day at work.
