Default Should I buy this 00??

Alright guys I have a down payment on this guy. $8300. Tell me what you think please!
Only thing wrong with it it clear coat peeling pretty bad on front bumper, not on the hood tho, not that noticible but i will get it re-painted. Also if anyone can do a vin check it'd be sweet.

Rear window regulators..... they're absolute junk, from what I've heard. Be ready to replace them, or just don't use the rear windows if you buy this car.

Other than that, same motor and tranny as the 97+ SSEi, which are tough as nails.

yes the 00 are scary... but im think im over my scares...

hood bubbling? regulators junk? the transmission can ONLY be replaced with another 00 ssei transmission with 1 of 3 codes... in other words, very rare..
