so im im going to check my air and the valve cap is stuck, i try wd 40, nothing, so i decide to go try the other tires, theyr eall stuck and one of em has obvious plier marks in it, i dont know if theyre just super tight or maybe even super glued, i guess ima need ne valve stems, how much would that cost me? for them to pull the valves and put new ones in?

Just curious, don't they have to take the tire off to change the valve stem? To get the tire off they have to deflate it, right? How do they do that if you can't get the valve stem cap off?
