How do you get the plastic cover off? I cant turn the oil filler out.. al

thats the only way is to turn the filler off or break the cover or cut around the filler

All it should take is a quarter-half turn on the filler neck, pull up which should (easily) pull the filler neck off the valve cover. Then just lift up on the decorative cover and pull forward, done.

I will try it again..al..I still cant find a plug for cd changer in trunk..did they all have them?
