Default Removing a Coolant temperature sensor from a w-body?

So today I learned that the Coolant temperature sensor is destroyed. Its easily looked over because its hidden away in my Impala'* engine bay, and I have no idea how I'd remove it since theres not real space to get to it in a w-body it seems. Anyone ever have to replace one?

Have Antonio do it.

I have done it.. kinda tough with that motor mount bracket so close. You can though..use a deep 19mm socket, maybe a universal and some extension to get far enough away from the crossover/exhaust. Or pull the crossover and it'* a walk in the park with a wrench.

Ah, Antonio was the one who found it really... but he says a talented wrench turner would have to do this since hes afraid of the crossover. I guess it will all have to boil down to talent or the right tools (don't really know if I'd want the crossover pulled if I can find enough extensions to a ratchet though)

You can only use like 6" of extension before you hit the fans.

Bring it to me and I'll do it. Or..I'll give him a pep talk and he'll be able to do it.
