Default Fuel pump Question??

Does anybody have a picture or easy to read diagram of which wires on a 2000 Grand Prix GTP that I would need to run test wires straight to the battery? I want to run a switch to run the pump and bypass the relays and whatever else is associated with it. I know which jarness to use just not the wires. Thanks much

Disconnect the connector, attach the negative multimeter lead to chassis ground, connect the positive to one of the four wires. Have someone turn power on. Repeat this until you see 12 volts. You may see one with about 5v, this may be for your fuel level gauge. I am only basing this off of the Bonneville 4 wire system. 2 grounds, 1 5V and 1 12v positive. Trial and error really. Once you determine which pin is 12v positive, look at the other connector and verify the pin, and then connect a wire to that pin and connect to battery.

Technically a 99 Regal, but the diagram should work for what you need

then you may need to look around depending on what you need. Venture around the account as much as you'd like, it'* a guest passwword for all albums. Only advice I give you is have a gallon of water and some food with you if you start looking around. A person can get lost in there.

I've already gotten lost in their Bill. But thanks for the reminder!!

Can I bring a gallon of beer instead? I might be able to find my way back out if I'm...ummm, "better oriented".
