Cold Air Intake/Enhanced Performance Chip for 2008 DTS

Cold Air Intake/Enhanced Performance Chip for 2008 DTS
I desire to install cold air intake in my Cadillac DTS (2008; 51K miles). I researched the internet to find a custom kit for sale and "California legal", but I was unable to find one for my model. I did find one for the 2008 CTS. I also read the thread for converting the GPX intake system to cold air, so I have a few questions to help me find, modify the CTS kit, or design my own cold air intake:
1. Is there any 06-10 DTS cold air intake kits already on the market?
2. Is the air intake system for the 08 CTS engine similar or the same as the 08 DTS? I assume the lengths of the tubing are different. I presume I could add a coupler to compensate for the varying lengths.
3. Does the GPX and DTS use the same engine/air intake system?
I'm pretty novice to practical vehicle mechanics, but I understand the concepts of cold air equals more condensed air molecules compressed in the cylinders and improves engine efficiency. I also installed cold air intake into my Grand Marquis before I got into an accident. So please respond in terms as general as possible. I really appreciate your help!!
Oh...and has anyone used/heard of a "GFORCE" Performance chip/similar chip that interfaces with the ECU and increase hp and fuel efficiency? I would like to know if it'* worth the risk of potentially causing electrical problems as a result of installing it...if any.
