Default Loose Trim

Does anyone know of any good glue, or adhesive or anything that would be good for some loose trim on my car. It is more like the running panels under the doors of my car. They run from the front wheel along the side of the doors to the back. Well they are a bit loose and when I hit bumps I can hear it shake a bit and it drives me crazy so I am gonna try to get that out of the way. I know I am a little paranoid with noises in my car
