Default What'* the ultimate "kill"?

What do you guys (and gals, if there are any ) think is the fastest car a Bonnie has beat? What do you think the greatest trophy kill would be?

There is an unending competition to beat Grand Prixs, nothing more satisfying the that... however, its even better to humble rice cars that have been "souped" up, they think their cars are the "dope sh**z" until the Supercharger teaches them a lesson.

Evantually they learn to respect the "i" in SSEi

I agree about the ricers (or more specifically, the drivers of the ricers ); they need to be taught a lesson...baaaaaaaaaadly.
As for the Grand Prix...my mother has one (a 1998 with the 3.8 I believe) and it is no prize, trust me. My old 1994 GP SE with the 3.1 had more pick-up-and-go than hers! I think the newest models may have improved though (it seems that they should be faster than the Bonnevilles with the same engine...lighter and all...but it doesn't always work out that way).
What about Mustangs? Their drivers sure think they're hot sh*t, and yet I've smoked every one I've ever encountered (mostly v6'* though).

We can handle the V6'* no sweat. In fact we have a resident Mustang owner that hangs out on this board...haven't seen him in a we tho...good guy, not a flamer, he shows the love for the Bonnes.

Once you get into V8 Cobras and SVT territory, then they deserve to beat us, really can't keep up with that...until the GXP comes out

I raced a 1989 GT 5.0 also. It had a 5-spd and was modified. He had cams, headers, exhaust, chip, plugs, plug wires, intake.
I pulled even with him until about 45-50 from there on out he hauled ***.
That was a while ago, but I have since done my wires, new NGK V-power plugs, and have given the engine a good tune-up. My car is faster now, but I think I'll probably still get my *** handed to me at the higher speeds (this hurts cause this is where I've gained most of my power).

You need the secret of the "i".

All the rice I've encountered has gotten a good look at my rear license plate. That goes to show, you don't need the "i" to teach the ricers a lesson.

I would love to have the "i" though, but I'll wait for the GXP

I DECLARE OFFICIAL BS!!!!!!!!
with an 89 5.0(fuel injection)I'm guessing since you say it had intake it probably has the holley systemax, camS(I always thought there was only one cam till they came out with the cobra dohc),headers, exhaust(prolly an x-pipe with some flowmasters),plugs, wires.
Um......that is probably a good high 13 second combo with a t-45 5spd tranny. So.....yeah....official BS. nice try

The official best kill I have had is a police package caprice
