What I don't get is how they said in 1997 that the car comes with standard foglamps. Hasn't it been this way since 92 or earlier?

yea, all potiacs have standard fog lamps except Sunfire and firebird/ta (early nineties)for some reason? Also in 92 the SSEi was introduced I guess that'* the special package they mentioned?
