I know that there are tons of i want my rank changed blah blah blah posts, and I think I found something that can help, because people dont how the ranks are set up. I agree.... I was supposed to go thru the phphacks site and recommend a list of mods/upgrades...... hrm... never actually got around to it. :oops:
