Post Width Issues...
 

Ok so this has been bothering me for some time now. I run my laptop at 1600x1200 res and even with my browser maximized, sometimes I still have to side scroll a thread because of stupid url's that are 10 miles long or pictures that aren't formatted "for the web".

Could we please try to institute some kind of formatting of pictures and urls?

I always use the url tag with
[ url = http :// webaddress.com ] DESCRIPTION GOES HERE [ / url ]

And I always resize my photos down to below 640x480 to make them much easier for others to view (plus to keep my web server from getting overloaded). I always link to the full res shots using:

[ url = http :// webaddress.com/pic##.jpg ] [ img ] http :// webaddress.com/pic##_thumb.jpg [ / img ] [ / url ]

One example of this is HERE. The link at the bottom is FREAKIN' long as h3ll!
Am I alone in this annoyance? Is there anything that we could do?
