i would much rather have an uploader of some sort so we dont have to host pics on east kabum of teh intArweb.

They don't wanna pay for that, remember this site is funded by Jeff only, not anyone else.

Jeff definitely deserves site donations. Sucks he pays from his pocket and he don't even really use the site anymore.

Yeah phpBB can do that. Another forum I am a member at has that. It being phpBB of course. Not sure how they did it.. but it's there.

The uploader would be nice, however that uses up space on the server, and server bandwidth. The site owner isn't going to want to pick up the tab for some of our 2mb pics. 2mb x 4,000 [member count] is 8,000mb. And that is only for one pic. What about the people with 20 2mb pics? And then you have 4,000 people who view that pic.. it adds up fast.

if that does become a change here it should be made an option so not all members have to have it there.

Another forum I am on has it as an option, post whores use it and other dont. I personally didn't like the extra loading time.
