NEW FEATURE - - Attach photos to your registry entry

Announcing a brand-new feature for the registry: Registered users can now upload a photo of their car to be listed with their entry in the registry. No special software or knowledge is required!
There are a few things to note:
-The maximum file size is 150KB
-Only JPEGs are supported
-No copyrighted/indecent photos
