Message Notification

I've noticed the message notification on this board doesn't always work. I've gone for two or three days before noticing that I haven't heard anything on a particular topic I'm watching. When I check the topic, there could be anywhere from one post to 1 page of posts I've missed. Granted I've been posting a lot more than usual. Admin's please note this is not a gripe, just an observation. Everything the club does for it's members (like existing  ) is at no charge and I'm grateful for that.

Are we behind a version on our software or is it something I'm doing wrong?

The best thing to do is to set up email notification of new posts and regularly check your email ;)

Karl, I just sent you a PM with your Gmail as you have it in your profile. Can you confirm it's correct? If so, you need to check your spam settings.

Will, PM'd you back.... I get some notifications. If this isn't a common problem, I can start looking for patterns... It may be only on threads with a lot of subscribers. The two that come to mind are Boosty's build up and the Official NEBF threads. I'll see if I can pick out a pattern. One other note, when I check a thread that I've missed posts on I'm still subscribed to the thread and after I manually check it I start getting notifications again.

Are you sure Gmail isn't grouping them as conversations?
