Default tapatalk?

hello guys, doing some searching on the forum, all i could really find were some ancient threads about implementing tapatalk. being that since 2010/2011 almost everyone has a smartphone running on the big 4, (ios, android, windows mobile and RIM) i was just wondering what the feasibility was of running tapatalk?

i know that the forum was recently acquired by internet brands and i would assume that they have the ability to implement this. any info as to how to get this put into service or why it can't be is greatly appreciated.

i for one dont even use the forum on my phone anymore because its so difficult to use and clunky.

thanks alot guys!

Speak of the devil. We caught wind of a possible new upgrade to the new mobile version and I inquired if Tapatalk would be the new version and I was told by IB that no, it would not be it. And no I don't know when the new version will be online.

Looks like 2 months when it comes online. I don't know what kind of mobile, but when I hear something, I will let everyone know.

Since the advancement of mobile devices and data plans. Software developers have made software that piggy backs off of main forum software to deliver the same thing, but using less bandwidth. Also known as mobile version. I gather Tapatalk is a popular version among the mobile device masses. I haven't used it yet, but our current version I say, rather sucks.

Tapatalk is a an app you run on your phone to access forums. I don't know why IB has said they won't use it here, when some of their other forums do.
