Crossover forum flames

This is becoming an issue again. For the future:

If you post crossover flames on another forum, you can be banned or otherwise punished on this forum, at our discretion. Don and I will handle this on a case-by-case basis. There have been very few bans on this site. Don't be the next of the 'few'.

Crossover flames cause the Staff of this Forum untold grief. We can't begin to describe what goes on behind the scenes to put these fires out. We have no more tolerance for this type of behaviour. I would much rather spend my time Administering this Forum for your good, than chasing all over the internet cleaning up what may become future flames here. I believe the rest of the staff agrees.

If you post links to this site while flaming on another forum, you WILL be banned, with no prior warning. We are slowly developing a working relationship with the Admins of the other major forums, so I can pretty much gaurantee you will be banned from their site as well.

In addition, posting links to this type of flaming on this site will not be tolerated from this day forward. If crossover flames continue to be an issue, we will also prevent the temptation.

Just because you see 'bad information' or a link to another site does NOT mean you are invited to cause trouble here.

Don and I do not need to consult each other for Bans or other punishment, so it can be dished out rather swiftly.

Back to your regularly scheduled programming.
