We need a volunteer to take on the COTM responsibilities. If you are interested, please submit a resume to me via PM titled "COTM resume".

Requirements:
HTML
Photoshop or similar
Webhosting/server

You will be responsible for getting nominations, starting a poll for narrowing it down to the final candidate, and creating the web page in order to post COTM at the beginning of each month (first week sometime).

Provide examples of your HTML skills.
