For every vehicle I've ever owned most repairs have been simple and common to the vehicle type, yet it would take hours or days worth of diagnosis to find the problem. It occurred to me today that a tech thread listing common symptoms along with the most common fixes might cut down diagnosis time significantly.

We do have some of those listed, but putting them in a central place might be a good idea. I'll see what we can come up with.
