Fine I guess we could do that if the mods/admins do want to do this idea. My main concern is that some of the members who were COTM may not be around and what if the COTY winner is not even around, how do we congratulate him/her? Plus it might seem weird (at least to me) to vote for a COTY that was two years ago.

But I don't care really.

Cool. You can do that. If the admins don't like the idea, they can remove any threads relating to COTY.

If I could get a definitive reply in this thread that the COTY is a go from an admin, I'll load it up for a few days after I announce the June COTM.
