Supercharger fluid??
Ok..so I was just looking at the Bonneville forum and was reading about the supercharger fluid changing. As far as I know in my 92 SSEI, there'* no fluid to change. CRAP!! :? So am I an idiot for not knowing this basic bit of info. OK...this is something I'm gonna look into on my day off. How exactly do you change the supercharger fluid??

Steps to do the job, and recommended oil for use in the supercharger. Hope that helps you out. I have not done this job yet, so I don't know if it is difficult or not.

It'* fairly easy to do the plug is under the plastic wire router at the nose of the SC and toward the passenger compartment.
If it hasn't been changed in like forever like mine it will smell like rotten cooking oil so make sure it'* done in a well ventilated area.
Oh and one bottle is all that is needed to fill it up, use two if you're going to flush it, but one thing is when it'* getting close to full and is coming up the threads shake the car slightly to get out the air bubbles otherwise it will over flow then the air bubble comes out and you're slightly low on oil.
