I found this on ebay. I need a new boost control actuator for my Series I M62. Would this unit work? I noticed it mentioned the M90, but thought I'd ask.

I don't see a bracket to mount the actuator. Might be a bad idea.

Why don't you go to the wrecker and buy the right one?

None of the big salvage yards in my area have one. I called further out, and they either don't have it since they sold the supercharger from the engine, and that went with it, or they have a complete engine and don't want to pull anything off. The cheapest thing I can see doing is buying an M62 core.

That is for the Gen one Eaton blowers, before they went to the internal bypass.

F14, why don't you post a 'wanted' topic for an M62 Boost Control Actuator. We'll scrounge one up for you from somewhere.

My only spare is a failed unit I got for autopsy, but I know some members have one or two laying around.
