Default Supercharger rebuild take 2

Okay, so a couple of days after I had my supercharger rebuilt, (new bearings at machine shop) I noticed some oil on the bottom of the snout. I didn't think much of it, as it was just a little bit. Okay, so fast forward about two months, I have bought a new pulley 2.2, new gatorback belts, and the new tensioner. Yet, I went to check the oil to make sure it was full. There was no oil left in it at all. I guess the machine shop must have done the seal on the bearing wrong. So they said they will fix it for me, yet, I still have to buy all new gaskets and all sorts of other stuff, as well as spend all the time to take the supercharger off AGAIN!!!! Not much I can do now.

Anyhow, I was wondering if there is anything else I should do. I have bought new TR55 Spark plugs, and am in the process of buying some wires. Yet, I was wondering if there is anything else that I could do now that would be easy since I will have the supercharger off again. Thanks.

P.*. The new stuff is not on yet.

Thermostat if you havent done it already, 180. Also intake or change the filter at the very least. Not sure if your year has a cabin filter, but changing that will help with the inside environment (not performance oriented, but should be done at a tuneup). If your taking the SC off you might want to take off the throttle body and clean it out and put a new gasket on. May improve your throttle response.

Absolutely clean the snot out of the TB (with the MAF sensor removed). Cabin air filters started in 2000 (except for the cars Pontiac forgot to install the elements in), so don't sweat that.

Lightly oil all the pivot points and springs on the TB after cleaning.

I already have a CAI with the cone filter, I have done this once before. Last time I put the CAI on it. Anyhow, I will clean out the TB though that does sound good. Thanks. The Thermo sounds good as well.

is it possible they left the seal off of the front of the snout bearing?? Also, they may have scored/torn the viton ring on the seal when putting it on. You have to use one of those seal installers to get it over the machine ridge/key way and not tear the seal.
