Can a 97 sc be put on a 93 ssei if you have TB and MAFS

No, the lower intake manifolds are different. Along with the fuel delivery system.

There also wouldn't be much of an upgrade. The top end of the Series II just flows better than us Series I guys. The Superchargers are in themselves pretty similar in performance and boost.

Other than flowing 90cfm per rotation rather than 62cfm. Plus the added potential because they basically underdrive the m-90. Ours out of the box flows 460cfm at 10psi , the m-90 flows 540cfm at 10psi. 80cfm is a fair difference. Has a lot to do with its intended design. The m-62 was designed for 2.5L to 4.0L engines while the m-90 is designed for 3.0L to 5.0L. The m-90 is too stubby to fit on our cars. If you could get a different fuel rail that doesn't run over the top and build an plate to bolt it to our manifold I could see the possibility but if you're going that far might as well get a m-112 .
