today we took my friends 1999 grand prix gtp to midas to have the supercharger pulley put on and they thought they would use any puller lol they used probally like 4 different pulley pullers none of them worked they bent the pulley to **** and had to grind it down so we could use the pulley till its fixed the belt ended up fraying and we get that replaced for free luckaly he knows a guy with the special pulley puller and its going to be done satuday its a 3.4 pulley

All sources for Series 2 pulleys clearly state not to use traditional pullers on them. They're press-fit tapered shafts, large diameter aluminum pulleys. Everyone that has tried to cut this corner has damaged their pulley.
The 94/95 Series 1 pulley is smaller and steel, and CAN be pulled in this manner (keyed, not pressed on, and much stronger), but I don't reccommend it. The 92/93 is even better, as it'* smaller in diameter, so the puller doesn't apply as much leverage to the outer diameter, but again, it'* best to use a flat-faced pulley puller that supports the rear face of the pulley.
The aftermarket Series 1 pulleys are all aluminum, unless you put a 92/93 on your 94/95. Now you CANNOT use a traditional puller any longer, even if you did the first time.
Moving to Forced Induction.

I didn't beat him up, but I WILL scold.
Don't ever listen to someone at Midas. I think it'* safe to say that the vast majority of us here have far more experience and knowledge on this subject than a muffler shop.
