Default converting 95 Bonnie to SC

yea i have a few questions regaurding to a 95 Bonnie being upgraded to SC. My thing is i have a series II L36 out of a 99 Grand Prix, my injectors are in the LIM. Got a guy who has the complete SC package, except the fuel rail. and the injectors are in the heads.

now i know that SC motors have a heavy duty trans. as i looked at complete SC set up, i noticed that theres no vaccum modulater in front of the trans where mine is on my NA motor. and the vaccum line coming from to the throtle body has two vacucm inputs, as to the SC motor its one vaccum input at the throtle body.

Questions:
Can i use my throttle body with the SC to keep the vaccum lines where they go so i wont have to T them ?
Can i install a shift kit if i dont have a HD trans to compensate for the stress from more boost ?
Is it necessary to just make my trans HD and just use the stock SC throttle body ?
Will i need a tuned PCM right away ?

I moved your question to its own thread, and put it into the Forced Induction area. You will get a lot more attention to your question that way.

i had already checked out that link before i postd my questions, with that to me it just give you comparisons to each motor. and then when it begins to talk about the trans conversion it not typed to make sense, words scrambled around it seems like. im looking for input from someone who has done it that can answer my questions because not quite answering them to me. its got great information, but im looking for more.

Billboost just did a conversion a few months back. Ha should be able to answer your questions, or at least point you in the right direction.

Sounds like you have it all covered. now you just need time. I would suggest looking for a HD diff and swapping that out.

im back from going to get the set up. was looking at everything to match it up with my motor, everything seemed to match up. there was one concern i was worried about in the begining wen i first looked a SC motor, which was the throttle body, on my bonnie the vaccum lines from the tranny modulator runs into that with two lines, well the blower was set up with the same throttle as mine. was a +. got ready to hand the guy the money, something told me to take one more look, and there was a questionable encounter. the pulley set up, lokked at that and my motor mount is n the way, i dont have the wish bone mounts.

is there a one belt set up that will by pass me adding the SC idler pulley and belt tensioner brackets under the ignition module (?), which will then eventually saving me time in switching out harmonic balancers.

Take a look at this. https://www.gmforum.com/t278822/ It'* how to change the belt, might help you out. Talks about the motor mount a bit and what is needed to be done to route the belt.

ok, so im lookin at the picture, theres two belt, so im taking it that theres no one belt set up.

wen you remove the spacer and stud, the SC belt slides around it, right, and is thats how it goes around the harmonic balancer. is that the only low pulley that the SC belt goes around ?

which would make it a total of 4 pullies that the SC belt goes around, harmonic balancer, SC pulley, and the 2 pullies under the ignition module. am i correct ?
