how small of a pulley can i go before i would hurt the motor or */C?, and where would i go about getting one

i would look at a 3.4 with your mods

With your mods, a 3.4 should be ok. Try ZZP or INTENSE or SOUTH FLORIDA PULLEY HEADQUARTERS.

If you do go with the 3.4, youll need some colder plugs too.
