rotor bearings

That depends alot on the miles and condition of the bearings/shafts. How do they feel? The bearings can be a pita to remove, but there'* alot of peace of mind in doing so. You don't want to tear it down again to do those.
As an example, mine were fine at 85k, but my Boss'* 95 Riviera was shot (rotor bearings on the M62) at 120k. Only one of the 4, but he replaced the whole set.

Well my bonnie has about 117000 on it so I will likely do the whole set. Any tips or suggestions on removing the old, or is a screwdriver about the best bet?
Oh yeh, one more thing, I think your engine is SWEeeeeeeeeeeetttt!!!!!!!!
Hope to make mine as good as yours someday.
Thanks for your input.

I'm having the rotor bearings replaced along with the snout bearing and coupler next week. I can't take the horrendous squeaking anymore...not to mention god only knows what'* happening inside the SC. I had a hell of a time finding a mechanic to do it. Everytime I mentioned SC snout, they said "Nope, can't be done." If I'm paying you to do something, gosh darn it....DO IT! rollingperformance.com has been great! I have emailed them with a few questions and they got right back to me. When I ordered the snout rebuild kit, I received it in 2 days. I highly recommend them!
Oh, RollingPerformance has the bearings but they are sold in pairs. I need 4 all together?

I have the bearings, seal, and coupler from Zzperformance already. I am picking up the gasket for the SC tomorrow, and pulling the same. Hopefully get the presswork done by the end of the day tomorrow. I guess I will check the bearings and rotors, if bad I will change, otherwise I'll slap it back together and say good enough. My wife drives it most of the time anyway, how much harm can she do? Yeh, I know, famous last words...

The rotor bearings are sold in pairs because there are 2, one for each rotor in the back of the housing. If you have the */c apart and are putting in new snout bearings then it is a good idea to change them.
